Service Description
This is our most popular services and is usually completed in a single day, often kept overnight if a coating is applied. - Extensive decontamination, tar removal and clay bar to smooth the immediate surface. - We then use dual action polishers to do a one step correction. - We use a light polish and micro-fibre pad to significantly reduce light scratches and swirls to bring back colour and depth to your paint. - A ceramic wax is applied for up to 12 months protection.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Bookings All detailing services are booked by enquiry and confirmed once availability, service requirements, and pricing have been agreed. A booking is considered confirmed once confirmation has been provided. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 48 hours in advance incur no charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover reserved time and preparation. Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in a charge or refusal of future bookings. Late Arrivals If access to the vehicle is delayed or the appointment cannot begin at the agreed time, the service may need to be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion. Vehicle Condition Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of booking. If the vehicle’s condition differs significantly on arrival, we reserve the right to adjust the service or pricing accordingly, which will always be discussed beforehand. Weather We have an indoor studio however some services are subject to suitable weather conditions. In the event of poor weather, we may need to reschedule to ensure the quality of our work. Payment Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
